This ensures that the necessary practical aspects of the project are accounted for: estimating, bids, scheduling, administration, proper care of owner’s property, proper artisanship. In addition, it ensures the design intent is carried through installation so that the finished product feels right. Gardenbleu manages the relationship between owner, designer, and landscape contractor, so that all are in accord with the finished product.
